At YHzroa, every creation is crafted with passion, precision, and purpose. Founded by Praseeja, a self-taught baker whose journey began in 2009, YHzroa has grown from a humble home kitchen into a brand that reflects both artistry and authenticity.
In 2011, her culinary path took root in the United Arab Emirates, where she established FCN Restaurant LLC and deepened her skills in patisserie and wedding cakes at Baking Art, Dubai. Alongside this, she nurtured aspiring talents through Al Hewaya Home Training Services, Sharjah, and Entremet Artisan Cake Studio, Kerala, creating platforms for learning and sharing the craft of fine baking.
OUR JOURNEY
Driven by an insatiable curiosity, Praseeja explored the world of chocolate from bean to bar, visiting renowned factories, learning from celebrated chefs, and mastering the delicate art of artisan bonbons. This pursuit of excellence continues to shape YHzroa as a brand that values both tradition and innovation.
