Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Yhzroa, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.⁠ ⁠Product Quality and Shelf Life

All Yhzroa products are handcrafted using premium-quality ingredients and are entirely free from additives, preservatives, and harmful chemicals. Due to their natural composition, products must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt and consumed within a couple of weeks from the date of manufacture to ensure optimal freshness and quality.

2.⁠ ⁠Processing and Shipping Time

All orders require a minimum of 48 hours for processing. This is to allow sufficient time for preparation and setting of our products before they are shipped.

3.⁠ ⁠Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated or part of a promotional offer.

4.⁠ ⁠Free Delivery Eligibility

Orders with a total value of AED 250 or more are eligible for free delivery within designated delivery areas.

5.⁠ ⁠Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a product has been sold and delivered.

6.⁠ ⁠Product Variation

Please note that the color and shape of products may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our offerings. Such variations do not affect the quality or taste of the product.
